In a continuous effort to offer new products to our customers, we are pleased to announce the addition of CMA (Calcium Magnesium Acetate) to our family of ice melting products.

CMA was developed as an environmentally responsible alternative to road salt. It is the safest of all ice melting chemicals in regards to vegetation, concrete, corrosion, and water sources. CMA is a non-corrosive, biodegradable product that is used by airports, outdoor parking garages, or anywhere there is exposed steel.

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has identified CMA as the only low-corrosion chemical alternative to road salt that also protected the environment. Studies have shown that CMA is no more corrosive than tap water. How many ice melters can claim that?

In the past decade CMA has gained popularity as an additive in many popular deicing blends. Its ability to prevent corrosion, while safe for the environment has made it the product of choice for blending. Available in 50# bags, CMA is a great addition to your current line of ice melting products.
